The year may be wrapping up, but the wins and lessons from 2022 will never leave us. We experienced a lot of growth this year which helps us continue to produce fresh, innovative solutions for our clients with an elevated level of personalized service. We’re a person-first organization, so let’s start our 2022 recap by showing some love to our amazing team!

We were thrilled to welcome several new Junior Account Executives and Content Creators to the team this year. Alejandro, Amanda, Jace and Julia, we love having you in the Siarza family and appreciate the fresh approach you each provide.

Ed jumped right into the deep end as our new Finance Manager. Let’s just say, he’s really been keeping things clean over here.

If you visited our office this year, you’ll have noticed a new face greeting you at the front desk. Alexis came on as our new Executive Assistant and Community Developer. Her background as an artist and organizer meant she fit right in with the team since Day 1.

This position opened up after Amy moved into our web department and was quickly promoted to Web Lead this year. She keeps all the gears in motion and is one of the most team-oriented people we’ve ever had.

Big congratulations to Marisa for being promoted to Client Services Manager! She’s become a pillar of our core values and quality of work over the years. Siarza truly wouldn’t be the same without her.

Justin and family 2022

From Intern to Content Creator to Account Executive in less than a year and a half, Gentry is keeping all of us on our toes. Her quick wit, kind heart and dedication to quality make her an invaluable member of our team. Congrats on your newest promotion, Gentry!

Justin took on the most important new position of all: becoming a dad. We enthusiastically welcomed baby Mateo into the Siarza family this Autumn, and you know our in-house photographer/videographer has been supplying us with the best pictures. Get some extra rest over the break; you deserve it.

Donyelle truly is the backbone of the team. She crushed it this year with big client projects and even bigger team goals. She knows just when to step in for support and when to let team members thrive in their element. 2022 marked her seven-year anniversary with Siarza; we are so grateful to have her with us for another year.

October marked four years for our award-winning Creative Lead, Simon. He is always looking ahead to the future of marketing and content, helping Siarza stay at the forefront of innovation. He also took over as our Meme Master this year and keeps the whole office laughing.

Our bold and brilliant leader, Kristelle, has had a stellar year on all levels. She worked day and night to keep this company, and everyone in it, thriving – all while planning a wedding, buying a house and putting on the biggest expo the Asian Business Collaborative has ever seen. Thank you for being an amazing boss, genuinely caring for each team member and client and tirelessly striving to create meaningful jobs in New Mexico.

One of our most exciting milestones in 2022 was becoming a certified member of USPAACC! They are the most established and largest non-profit organization representing Pan Asian American and related groups in business, sciences, the arts, sports, education, and public and community services. We’re proud to be part of their vision to be a unified voice for equal opportunity for Asian American businesses.

One of our favorite parts of the year was bringing the whole U.S. team together for a week of strategic planning. We dig being able to work remotely from around the world, but there is something particularly special about being under the same roof. We expanded our industry knowledge, deepened our team bonds and started cooking up some exciting ideas for 2023.

We are so grateful to our clients, the team and loved ones who support them all year long. 2023 will bring some great surprises with it, so stay tuned for what is geared up to be our best year ever!
