Rachel is the Executive Assistant to Kristelle Siarza and brings organization, efficiency, and a people-first mindset to the Siarza team. As a Utah native, Rachel holds a degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from the University of Utah. She supports daily operations, manages scheduling and loves being part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and community impact. When she’s not working, you can find her chasing the sun with her 2 boys and travelling.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her spending time with family, getting lost in a book, or relaxing at the lake.

Her global perspective and expertise in digital storytelling, web development, and traditional marketing allow her to craft well-rounded strategies that drive engagement and brand growth. Now based in Belgium, Gentry continues to support Siarza clients with her creative vision and marketing acumen, always with her heart in New Mexico and her mind on meaningful, results-driven work.

Andie Mercer, Public Relations Consultant
Andie Mercer is a seasoned public relations professional with nearly a decade of experience in media relations, digital strategy, and crisis communications. Her work spans a variety of industries, including tourism and hospitality, healthcare, and technology, with clients both locally and nationally.
She has developed and led media strategies that earned coverage across New Mexico, the Southwest, and in national outlets. Guided by creativity, honesty, and logic, Andie brings a strategic lens to every message and moment.
Andie holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her two dogs and traveling with her husband and daughter.

Gillian is the author of nine books, a movie script, and a television series. She holds a handful of certificates in UX design from Google and has fifteen years of website design experience. As a serial entrepreneur, Gillian’s other interests include hiking and video gaming. Born in Port of Spain, she has resided in the United States for twenty-five years, having lived in New York and Los Angeles before being drawn to New Mexico because of its appealing weather and cuisine.

With experience in videography, photography, graphic design, and animation, she brings imagination and technical skill to every project. An Albuquerque native, she earned her Bachelor’s in Film & Digital Arts from the University of New Mexico, and has spent the past three years crafting dynamic visual content that connects and inspires. Whether she’s behind the camera or deep in her editing cave, Renata thrives on creating visuals that bring brands and stories to life.
